They have more than one for sale. It’s just the pic I could find

I was looking at the 10mm version. Thanks for the info

Those are beautiful. What are the specs on them?

Optic milling $150
Slide lightening $105
Shipping $30
Total $285
Thanks I appreciate it. They are local to me so I would like to send some business their way

What was the total cost for the slide cut?

if you buy a Tanfoglio and have any problems people will blame the design and that you should have got a 2011 even though there are threads in this section about 2011's with similar problems
if you plan on competing with it you will have to work twice as hard to get half the respect as a 2011 or Czechmate
I think it’s crazy to spend 1000s so people respect your gun. I shoot to have fun. If you bag on someone because they can’t spend as much money as you well then you’re an @$$hole. We get enough grief from anti gunners. We should support each other and not act like elitists

I’m buying a tanfo. It’s what I can justify spending and more than capable for the level of competition I will do and probably well past my meager skill level

Maybe not that much after all??

He also mentioned going with a production because he doesn’t want to spend an incredible amount of money. For those of us with a wife and multiple kids(3 for me) spending 4K or more on a pistol isn’t realistic. I would rather buy a production gun and put 2k into my kids college or savings accounts. If you are world class sure but not for your 1st gun
-
I was big on reloading but 3 little kids have killed my free time and I’m in need of practice ammo. It’s $.16 a round for 9mm and .26 for 223
-
I may buy quite a bit of this in 9mm and 223 and was hoping that someone on here could let me know how the ammo worked out for them before I order a bunch
-
That looks like a fun little gun

You've got me curious... what did the overzealous competitor do?
This is shocking. No competitive shooting scene in Texas?
There is But not much local to me listed and PA had all the free to the public ranges at the state parks (25-300 Yard near where we lived) and all the clubs were very reasonably priced. Here all the clubs are insanely expensive to join $500 a year or better for long range. The PA 1000 yard club was $80 a year and the best facilities I’ve been to. I have lived in 6 states and this is the most expensive to shoot
-
My biggest factor for not joining matches is 2 kids under 4 and one on the way. A lot of younger guys just don’t have much time. Also I can’t find any matches within a reasonable distance I have looked. I think it looks like a blast and if there was a match truly local I would have a hard time passing it up but I can’t take a Friday off work and head out for the weekend to shoot. Maybe in 10 years but not now. I thought when I moved to Texas it would be the holy grail for shooting but Pennsylvania was better by a landslide.

Oak Hill Guns have pretty good cash prices on their Tanfoglios. Does anyone have any problems buying a gun from them.
You weren’t kidding I might up my budget and get that blue limited
. I absolutely don’t need it but that doesn’t make me want it less lol
-
I have thought about giving 3 gun a go but I have limited free time. My only shotgun is a Vepr 12 though (not a mall ninja I have no idea why I bought it lol but it’s fun to shoot) I have a 4 good rifles soon 5 to choose from but I’m kinda lacking in the pistol department (beretta 92 I love Glock 21 I hate and a EAA witness 10mm for hog hunting I’m picking up soon). Not sure I want to spend a lot to find out if I enjoy it.

I don't want to give you the wrong part number. Tomorrow call the office 980-474-1888, and speak to Steve or Hal. Tell them what you need and they will get you right one.
Will do thank you

Just pulled it up. Look under vepr12allday. It's the same as molot mags. I have done about 60 so far.
I found it thanks I will be doing this. I need to buy more mags I have the one 5 round it came with and a couple of the sgm 12 round mags. I want to get a couple of 25 round and a few more 12. It’s a hell of a fun gun. When my kids get a little older I would like to give 3 Gun a go.

I’m going to order my 1st witness (a 10mm pro) and am planning to change out the recoil spring, guide rod, hammer spring, firing pin spring and front sight For a fiber one. I plan to use it for a hunting back up and maybe the occasional carry. It will also be used quite a bit as a range toy. My primary concern is reliability. My second biggest concern is a good trigger. Is there anything else I should/shouldn’t do? Thanks ahead of time

Watching Memphis mechanics videos on YouTube. Great videos and damn that fingernail looks like it hurt

Tell them you’re opening a dispute with your CC company that should speed up the process

The best bet for the mags will be to send them to Dissident Arms and get tuned. The magpul furniture is way more shooter friendly. I have AGL trigger in mine. It was installed by Dissident when they did my upgrade. Carolina Shooters Supply has a ton of parts if you want to do the work yourself including magazines. They are one of my sponsors so when you get ready to order, let know and I can send you a coupon code to save a few.
Thanks for the help and code
I have the 12-03 folder any idea which part I need to make the magpul stocks fit with the slant back. I don’t want to order the wrong adapter as it seems there are 3 styles of vepr receivers

Welcome!! Where in East Texas are you?
I’m in Montgomery county. Pretty new here too. I have been from coast to coast and north to south the last 10 years but I think we are staying this time.

I think I will wait and get a single action. The way things have been I worry it will be impossible to find another for quite some time
