one of last conversions.it was STI VIP in 45ACP,i got from US Brazzos slide an Shuemann 5,4 inch hybrid barrel.4 popples 4,2mm 10 degree back.compensator is my design.vv3n38 8,6gr 123gr fmj,OAL 29,3mm.slide is cutted down to 250grams. i have few different FPS,on this video is Infinity rounded.i have tried with all,but this one gives best result(you can imagine if this is best,how others work
).recoil spring is ISMI 9lb,main spring ISMI 17lb.
comp is made of Titanium,i think there is no need to change it.what else try to reduce impact on frame?i will try also to put 19lb main and swich to SVI metal grip. -
Rollsizing is good when you get brass from Glock shooters,it flats case to normal size

I use for my Bulesteros vv3n38 8.6gr,123gr LOS round nose bullets,OAL 29.3mm, i have factor arround 169-170.same bullet in my wife's Bul SAS II is 175

I had similiar problem with one CM,something went wrong with comp thread,it wasn't tighten on barrel,or somene drop that gun on ground and something happened,i don't know,but i cleared threads,used liquid metal,screwed comp,then used EGW tool for compensator,after that it works perfect.in my case,bullet sometimes touches comp and goes where it wants

All of my Open guns have popple holes,all shoots flat

I got one in February.out of box it has ejecting problems.i just have to tune
factory extractor and now after 5000rounds all works fine

I have Aftec in few guns and they work fine.no more ejection failures

I found out that in my guns i have lots of ignition failures.too hard for light mainsprings

i was thinking in that direction.i have one company here who works laser welding,and i spoke with them.they say it is no problem to put 0,2-0,3 mm on rails.then i can grind with stone to correct dimension.but i dont know what material is frame made from.

i have on few guns slide to frame not fitted good,slide play on frame,but i dont want to do some job with hammer and vice

can someone post pictures of Infinity rail system,to see how is that done?
or maybe some other solution to tighten slide to frame.
Accurail is OK,but in my country there is no gunsmith who can do that

Dear Nenad,
You should know that our major concern is to find out what happened with the Frame. Factory is searching and studying all the reports about the manufacturing of this pistol but they don’t see any error in the manufacturing process so far. We are also waiting for a report from the Spanish Proof House, responsible for the pistol test, basically to assure that there isn’t any breakage, and passing high tension tests, verified by the technicians of this official Spanish Organism, that depends directly from the Nacional Army.
The easiest way for us is to have the broken pistol to carry out the appropriate investigation, but we understand that it is slow and difficult to get it.
Regarding to the mal-function of the guns, I say you the same I wrote to Slavoljub as follows:
“We assume that when you get the pistols, you didn’t change any spare until you saw that they were not working properly, right? However, to change any spare you should advise us before doing so.
There’s no reason to disassembly the grip, but in the case that you did so, the assembly of this grip is very delicated because it goes very tight and it should be done very carefully.
The spares that may cause any malfunction are; Ejector, Extractor, Recoil Spring and these are the ones we want to send but they were already tested and fitted in another pistol to assure they’ll work properly. (We are getting ready the parts right now). Please replace them when you get them and kindly advise when so.
Please be aware that in the well functioning of the gun there are several points, among others:
The correct load; the correct bullet’s diameter & weight.
We want you to know that the pistols were fired and checked before shipping and they were perfectly working.”

for all guys who want to buy SPS...DO NOT
let me startone,mounted optics and shooted maybe 20 rounds,to adjust the red dot. 5 extraction jams.I put it in the box.second gun.every second round ejection jam.i tuned ejector and i got to eject cases normal.magazine have nose dive bullets.all of 6 magazines WON'T FEED CORRECTLY.I got 4 Atlas Gunworks and 2 MBX magazines,with them no feeding issue.After 50-60 rounds,the magazine fell out!?!?!?I tried all the mags,but the same thing,one shot,it fell out.I dismantled the gun,and saw,magazine catch,the teeth which hold the mag in the gun are truncated!?!?!?!60 rounds...I took it to the gunsmith,he made it work.last sunday,first training with that one gun,after maybe 200 rounds,again ejection problems.I dismantled the gun and saw that the extractor was truncated.i contacted SPS,becouse i payed 2 guns arround 8000eur without reddot and mount.they told me that they will check with gunsmith who fitted guns.no answer for 5 days.one hour ago i totaly dissmantled that WORKING gun and i was,not surprised,but mad,sad,i dont have word for this.frame was broken and welded,painted and sold to me...i am sure they know that and they was thinking that i am not from EU and is hard to return guns.yes,i am from Serbia and it is maybe impossible to return guns. -

Fitting is very good.maybe becouse i payed more to get Tin coated barrel.
Barrel is threaded,but comp. is fixed.i didnot have time to remove one to see what thread is.but i get one extra 9mm barrel with comp and that one will be for experimenting.

They finally arrived...
First impression is good,full metal,well blended,now i am currently making red dot mounts...
