Looking at a threaded 1911-22. I have a can for it but also want to use it to train for USPSA.
Can you swap out safeties and all that jazz? It’s going up against a ruger 22/45 and the only reason why I’m not buying the ruger is I can use my holster for the 1911-22.
what I love about the ruger is that it will eat literally everything. Is that the same experience you guys have with the 1911-22?

I bought the Gold Cup Trophy model and am very happy with it. Recoil is almost non-existent. You can use regular 1911 parts for upgrades.

Looking for a 22 lr handgun that I can train with. I want to draw and reload like I normally would with my limited gun.
I don’t want any 22 top ends. Just a 22 LR dedicated training gun.

I’ve now tried 2 different powders along with various seating depths.
My only goal is to keep it from going super sonic and for whatever reason, the bullets WILL NOT STABILIZE and it’s infuriating.
I have a 1/7 Wilson combat barrel that’s 8” long
I’ve used CFE black (which is complete dog s#!t and wouldn’t recommend this powder to anyone)
And now H110.
I’m all out of ideas on what it can be.
What’s your berrys load data and are you having bullets tumble?

I’m having my first child and I can no longer keep my handgun out in the open on my night stand.
it’s a full size CZ with a stream light on it and I need some recommendations on safes.
im really worried about electronic safes just due to the fact of “another thing could go wrong”. But I like how fast you can get to your gun.
what do you guys suggest?

I’ve taken mine to autozone and they will put it in the same containers as their ATF and POWER steering fluid. They take it off my hands. Check there or other car mechanic places.

Just going off of past experiences, after limited nationals is when enos is flooded wjth them.
you can probably snag one for a decent price.

I've been buying same head stamp, fully processed, roll sized brass from him for years. His brass is 100%. Speer is one of the HS he separates. He ships in 1500 and 3000 lots. He may sell less if you ask him.

I new to loading this round and using RCBS SB taper crimp die.
Im following the directions to the T and I’m still getting issues gauging and chambering.When I load to 2.260 it is just barely out of spec in my gauge and when.I chamber it, it gets stuck. I have to slam the butt stock on the ground to get the bullet out.
BUT if I keep seating the bullet farther in the case, it gauges and chambers fine. 2.240 is the sweet spot where it functions fine in my gun and gauge. WTF I’m pulling my hair out trying to figure out what’s going on. I’m using a 220 grain bullet and there’s zero difference on tbe bullet taper between these 2 depths.
This is a 2 die set and the second die Seats and also puts a taper crimp on the bullet.
I load for 7 different calibers and nothing is as much of a pain in the ass as 300 black out. -
I sent a barrel back on warrantee due to issues almost a month ago. Been trying to get ahold of ANYONE the last few days and nothing.
ive left messages everyday and still nothing. Anyone heard anything from these yo-yos?
