  1. Much thanks guys. Really helped me and I appreciate your time
  2. I thought pressure was going to increase if I seat those rounds shorter than normal but since this is my first time, I wanted to ask to make sure. I didn't want to get a squib either.
  3. Hi all, I am new here and also new to loading 9mm (loaded tons of 223 & 308). As all have heard, glock Gen5 have shorter leade. I am trying to do some load development for Xtreme 124gr FP and RMR 147gr FMJ Flat Nose and both OAL is shorter than publish data. I've done the plunk test with a fireform brass and 3 of each bullet and got the results: 124gr- 1) 1.077" 2) 1.080" 3) 1.079" 147gr- 1) 1.093" 2) 1.089" 3) 1.082" I have Titegroup and since it's shorter oal, I don't know what to set my starting load at so I can begin working up over a Chrono. So far, I've seen others OAL well over 1.100"+ and 3.0gr+ of TG. Should I back off 0.010 - 0.015" on the shortest results above of each round and use that as my OAL? My biggest frustration is how do I determine my starting charge? Thank you.
