  1. Hey guys,

did some shooting today and notice the take down lever is loose like I can almost push it out to one side.

wondering if anyone has ran into this and is there some parts I may need to order to fix this issue.

This happened to me last month! Made me so mad. Took it to my shop and got it out in seconds with a better quality tool. Mine was worn down enough to cause it with a cheap screw. All better now and replaced screws with quality ones.

I gotta find me some new hardware.  Picked up some vibra tite

  3. Just wanted to share maybe it’ll be helpful for some people that shoot dots.  I figured this out a few years ago when my RMR screws on my Glock got stripped.
(Note: I bought this as is)
    1. Pretty much carefully drill it slightly.
    2. Find a torx bit that is a bit oversize from the hole you drilled.
    3. Slightly hammer the bit into it.
    4. Remove with 1/4” ratchet for best leverage.

So, I had a pretty significant issue with some 147 American Eagle fmj stuff which is a flat nose round like the  syntech round is. When I ordered my original base pads and followers, i believe I got sent the 75 mag follower kit and not the p series mag kit. I swapped back to the stock guts in the interim and haven’t had an issue, but I should have the correct kit sometime next week.

I settled on the gun just not liking the flat nose rounds, and I’ve burned off all that I had left fortunately though somewhat frustrating at the time. So now I’m shooting 124 blazer through it at the moment. No issues so far.

This is concerning.  I’ll be getting my p10f tomorrow and I mainly load 147 flat nose.

ill have to see how long or short I need to load them.  Really don’t want to mess with my dies and load different loads of 9mm every time.

In order to confirm, you have to shoot it.  Ideally there is a test fire/function bay at the match to do this kind of thing.  At many majors and most locals there is not.  In those cases I will find an RO, explain my situation, and ask if they will assist in allowing me to test fire.  If they say no, I thank them and go find another RO.  In some cases the RO may have you do your testing in a bay with a stage if there is no squad currently shooting, or the RO may take you to an unoccupied open bay.  I've done both.

Short answer is use a test fire bay if it has been made available and if not find an RO to assist you.

    Awesome thanks.

  7. Got a question.  So everyone shooting dot guns should always have a back up gun and or back up Dot.

So lets say you’re “the shooter”. Make ready and your dot dies.  Go to the safety table and swap out your dot.

Here’s my Question.  When this happens how do you confirm your zero after changing the dot?  Are you allowed to zero your gun accompanied with a RO or MD.

This is my first season shooting a dot gun.

I appreciate all the replies to this. Ill go ahead and order a new DPP unless I find a used one for sale in the next 24hrs. But a used may just be someone else's broken one as well. I hate not being able to shoot. The last two days ive been just carrying around the frame of my S2 indexing on targets and transitions and mag changes. Don't have a slide on it, but I can still grip it and point and slam a mag in it.

What are you looking for 2.5 or the triangle
