7.5 Grains of Longshot with a 180 Hornady XTP produced 1,061 fps. In my 3.3 inch barrel XDS. In my 4 inch barrel XD-40 4.0 7.2 grains of Longshot produced 1,055 fps. 7.5 grains of Longshot in the small XDS thumps your hand pretty good. Didn't try it in my 4 inch barrel but plan to.
