    It can’t be same for AKAI gun and SVI gun.

    i use 1 time Borrowed ammo in my SV open gun . JJ Ragazza give me to I try his Armscor ammo prepared for his Tanfoglio gun. It’s super hot in my gun , give me lot of pressure in my gun. 
    for SV open gun is best VV 3N38 powder and 125 gr bullet.

    I be in fight with SV many times for some other reason (1 time I received gun which I order in wrong caliber, couple time guys go over promised delivery time couple months) but never ever have any issue with barrels. I use in all my guns SV barrel and never have any problems.

     U are very first owner of 2 SV guns with broken barrel.

    better sell other 4 guns before u make some mess again.

    I have exactly same damage couple years ago with my Tanfoglio.

    i have round stack in barrel and next Round made explosion . I’m 100% sure it’s about ammo...

    BTW.. this is one of the best barrel on market ...probably #1

    Schuemann Hybrid barrel issues?

    Be sure that’s not true to Hybrid barrels cracking after few thousands. Crack on hybrid barrels happend only if island touch slide (no clearance between slide and island on barrel). More Looks like your gunsmith find another customer for that barrel.

    Hi,
    Need a gunsmith,  must:
    -have reasonable turn around time
    -be competent
    -be coherent and businesslike.
    Asked at the 1911 Forum, but these guys seem to have difficulty focussing.

    Buy SVI trigger group and u don’t need gunsmith .

    SVI or Atlas

    I've not held or shot an Atlas, but I've spent a lot of time behind an Infinity.  It you want/need "one of a kind" cuts, colors and designs, nobody can touch them.  If you demand a 1# trigger, they can deliver that as well and they absolutely have one of the best resale values I've seen.
     
    BUT, there are lots of builders out there who can build you an extremely accurate, 100% reliable pistol for much less money and shorter lead time.  I drank the blue koolaide for a long time, but they are not the only game out there......
