  1. Sorry I'm late to this party, I've been running a Defions Arms Anarchy for the last year now. In fact I have one of the first. It has truly been a great gun. I havent had any issues with the gun or the company. Jason stayed in touch with me every step of the way even telling me when the smallest parts came in.

I have around 20k rounds through it now and it is a joy to shoot. Fit and finish is beautiful and on par with the more know companies. The only malfunctions I've had were due to some bad mag springs.

Any questions feel free to ask.

  2. Going off of how many people shoot nationals isn't a great comparison. How many people shoot cz, tanfo, sphinx, and others at the world shoots? 2011 are widely in US because the evolution of the 1911. Over seas though cz and cz clones are more prevalent.

  3. I've had tanfo, cz, and 2011 open guns and as of now I'm on the 2011s just due to the after market. There is so much more out there for the 2011 than cz and tanfo. As for comparison, they all preform very well with minor and major loads. At this point I have had them all tunes to be pretty close to each other and it came down to how many parts I could get for each platform and the 2011 wins puth in that department.

  4. DGbullets no longer supports the discount codes. As with doing away with the codes they have lowered their overall price for the product.

I am a DG sponsored shooter and we are sorry for the confusion.

  5. I run the stock barrel and it has around 60,000 down it, works fine.

I'm on a 124g DGbullet with 4.0 grains of clean shot.

11pound ismi recoil spring on a Jager products gen4 guide rod and a 4.5 pound striker spring.

Johnny Glock trigger in all my Glocks.

Sounds awesome. I didn't know he was willing to go down that low. I've always heard him warn against that when interviewed, etc.

Does he have a listing for the specific trigger somewhere or did you just call and tell him exactly what you wanted?

you would havw to call hime and talk to him about it. This was a full build in trigger that i sent him my gun to do. With that being said, he is so busy he rarely takes them on. but you can get close with his comp trigger and the new flat trigger shoe. In fact my johnny trigger in my production G34 pulls at 2 pounds with a 4.5 pound striker spring and thats just a drop in trigger with the stock Glock trigger shoe. Tell him Jimmy Erickson sent you, he is always willing to work to give his custamers what they want.

How long ago was that, and how much did it cost? That's the lightest I've heard of. I know D.C. Precision gets their guns down to about 2 pounds, but not sure what exactly is used.

That was 2 weeks ago. It's the only Glock trigger I've had that light that was 100 percent reliable. And I've tried a lot of them. I all so have a couple DC guns and even with the DC guns I use Johnny Glock triggers.

  8. Funny because I shoot 9.8 grains of major pistol on a 125 grain DG bullet ( coated) and I get no leading at all. All I do is slap some cleaner in the comp at the same time I clean the gun, swap it with a Q-tip and call it a day.

Welcome to open. It's very addicting.

Its crazy how most folks report good or great results with DG bullets, yet others say the lead is too soft creating issues. Yet both DG and BBI claim to use lead with the same composition, namely 92/6/2 so hardness should be the same, but no one complains that BBI bullets are too soft.

    Mark

I have no clue why. But I can tell you, I shoot a lot of these through my open gun and never have a issue. I also haven't had anything suggesting the lead is soft. I don't know lol, all I can say is, I've shot 30,000 rounds in the last year and a half (plus whatever my father shot) and I can say they have been great.

  10. I have a bad astigmatism in my eyes and I use a Holosun 510c with the 2.5 moa dot only. It's one of the only dots that I can see a perfect fit and not have a star burst affect with it. I had a C-more and a Romeo 3 and I didn't like them, especially the C-more with a 8moa dot. That 8 moa dot with my eyes and the starburst I was getting would cover the head done of a target at ten yards.
