I went to a match yesterday and was talking reloading with some folks when the subject of case lube came up. I mentioned that my solution for getting lube off the finished rounds was to tumble them (CV-500) shortly in the polisher/media. Thenrun them through Dillon's media seperator.
The reloaders in the bunch looked at me like I had rabies. I was told that that was not a safe practice. I got the tip on this forum and have seen it posted several times since.
I have been using this tip for over a year and really like the practice, but if it is not safe, I will try something else.
