  1. Brand new to reloading, and I've been trying to decide where to start. Some say single stage until you learn and others say go with a Lee Turret Press as a middle of the road option, and yes others say go right to the Dillon if price isn't an issue. With the way things are going in our Country, price isn't an issue. So if I'm going with a Dillon, and I want to reload 45ACP, 45 Colt, 44 Mag and 308 and 6.5 Creedmoor to start, which do I buy and why? Thanks in advance from someone totally new that has decided to go all in now while I still can.
  2. I'm brand new to reloading and going back and forth on what to get. I was looking at a single stage like the Rockchucker or a progressive like the Dillon 550. Being new, I didn't want to go straight to a progressive, or at least was advised not to. Then I found the Lee Classic Turret Kit which looks like a good compromise, any thoughts here? Once again, I've never reloaded except shotgun shells for my dad when I was a kid. Will load primarily 45 acp, 45 colt, 308 and 6.5 cm, thanks in advance
  3. Brand new into reloading, haven't even bought a press yet. Question is, while I'm researching which is best for me, what should I try to find now. I was looking in the big box stores the other day for H4350 but of course couldn't find any. There were lots of other powders but I didn't know what to even buy. Is there a common powder like IMR of Varget to buy, should I get primers? I primarily want to reload 308, 6.5 cm, 45 Colt, 45 ACP, 9mm and 5.56, and just about all the other common calibers like 44 mag, 357 and 38. Believe it or not, I recently standardized and sold off a bunch of weird calibers. Thanks in advance for any help, November scares the crap out of me!
  4. I'm buying as much as I can, not sure what all to even buy at the moment, but am reading and researching as much as I can. Thanks
  5. I signed up today but have surfed around here for a while. The way things are going, I need to get into reloading, fast! Looking around town (Denver) components are scarce. I think this is only going to get worse as time goes by. Great stuff here, I of course have a reloading buddy but have learned more here in an hour just looking around. Thanks in advance for putting up with my stupid questions.
