Anybody have suggestions or pictures of how they did it all input will be appriceated.

Thanks guys my mags where way out of spec and I fixed them now off to the range to test.

I shot it over the chrono at our gun club and it made 172pf. Where do you find the video?

The gun gets cleaned before every match and ammo is checked with a chamber gauge and is closely monitored when being loaded and brass is sorted by head stamp I only use Winchester.

I have had an STI Trubor in 9mm major for about 9 months and had nothing but problems for the first 7 but finnaly got some help and have had it running pretty good for a while but this Sunday I was shooting a local USPSA and was doing really good and had a failure to feed and got frustrated and by then I totally flusted and ruined a good day and it also did it on the next stage and after that it ran fine the rest of the day any ideas what would cause this? Gun set up. Side mounted cmore with a 9lb recoil spring and an afftec extractor running mbx 170mm mags. Ammo is a 124gr hornaday fmj with 6.7 grains of autocomp with an overall length of 1.165 and a cci primer. Ps gun ran perfect the weekend before at another USPSA

Made major at 6.6 over 2 different chronographs

Not shooting 7.4 of auto comp haven't decided between 6.6 or 6.7

Changed my load to auto comp and all my problems went away thanks for all the great advise.

Changed my load to auto comp and shot it some last night and had absolutelyno problems what so ever thanks for all the advise and I think I'm really going to like my new open gun.

Update on situation called dawson precison today and they said to shoot a lesser load to break it in and then try another powder if that dosent fix it.

Just got my STI Trubor and started loading this week and shot some today as I shot about 100 rounds this week looking for a load and worked up to 7.4 grains of power pistol with a 124 gr hornaday fmj bullet seated out to 1.155. As I was practicing today with my new gun it locked back and the slide was stuck but not too tight but the guide Rod was snug to the compensator. Has anyone had this problem or know if I have too much powder or what would cause this? Any input is very appreciatited

Just got my STI Trubor in 9mm major have a couple questions about loading for it what primers do you use and what headstamp on brass to use or avoid? Thanks for any input.

Just bought a sti trubor but it won't be here for 10 weeks. While looking at pictures of a stock gun there is not a dovetail cut for a rear sight so no place for a slide Racker. I was wondering if anyone has had one put on their trubor and if so what one did you purchase and what location did you put it to the slide?

I plan on shooting USPSA and local club matches

I am thinking about buying a STI Trubor and have a few questions. It's my first open gun. Is this gun the right choice for the money? How do you "Fit" a magazine? Any upgrades that are a good start and is 9mm major the right choice of caliber?
