Whats the best way to accept payment online? I know several that are anti gun stuff and can be a problem. Thanks.

The ruger PC is just awesome and it runs.

I count. It took some practice but I got it. Try counting when other people are shooting and it helps it to become second nature.
-
Man that really sucks. At least a lot of the targets are steel and wouldnt be lost.

honestly, no. whatever you have you can perform highly with in terms if practical accuracy. If it was bullseye type shooting then yes it may add some value

I dont own one yet but might like to get a nice production gun and the shadow 2 is high on the list. Either the accu shadow or the regular.
-
As it says, is it really worth it to spend the extra money on a accu shadow 2. Are you really going to see the benefit in USPSA.
-
The mbx will almost always hold 21 but being re loadable is another story. There have been quite a few times where I felt that extra round was pretty useful.

A guy I shoot with went through 3 dvc open guns. He would shoot the season with the cracked comp and send it back for a replacement at the end of the season. Started the new season with a brand new gun. Was a little pathetic they couldnt get it right.

I wish there was some Chinese food worth eating in my area. Its all downright nasty.

This is true but only by millimeters

It would def help but wouldn't make up for that much in the end. Depends on how close it is before you switch.

Don't forget, the five boroughs of NYC (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and SI)
are the worst - if you live one mile from NYC in Westchester or Nassau, and have a
permit, it's NOT honored a mile from your home in NYC.
NY cops are not allowed to carry in NYC.
Be sure to find out the rules for NYC and not the surrounding counties.
When I moved to Ulster County (80 miles north of the Bronx), I was happy
to find our local judge firmly believed that every good guy should carry
a concealed weapon Don't know if he's still there.
NY police officers and certain peace officers are absolutely allowed to carry in NYC. When you retire only police officers can get NYC carry permits. Peace officers need to get a good ole boy letter if they want any hope of getting it.

Before I reloaded I used to buy quite a bit of ammo there. I would watch for the sales and it turned out to be good deals. Especially if you had their credit card or even there rewards card. Bass pro was always more money for shooting stuff. I never shopped there. Cabelas had definitely gone down hill since the merger. Its too bad but I saw it coming.

8.1.1.6 in the steel challenge rule book states that during the course of fire you cannot be swept or pointed at. The only exception is when you are bagging or un bagging your firearm and not while touching the gun.

At my local club set up is totally optional but you get your match fee compd. As far as tear down goes its pretty much expected that you will stay and help. It goes real quick. We have drills and all the necessary tools in the pits before break down starts. We also have shipping containers at almost every pit so the steel etc. goes right in there. I would say it doesn't take more than 15 minutes to tear down a stage. The set up guys do work hard and do a lot but it seems to work out well. Haven't really had any issues as far as set up or take down goes yet.

If the if clear hammer down holster command was given its no good. If the mag was falling out of the gun with your finger on the mag release I would probably say that you were in the process of unloading and call it. I didn't say anything about holding it in your hand. That would be ok by me if you were actually indexing a target. Again AD's aren't the easiest thing to call.

But 10.4.3 DQs you for a discharge while loading, reloading or unloading. So I don't think you could in good faith argue that you were still engaging targets if you loosed a shot after "if finished ULSC" when you were clearly unloading the gun.
I actually just took the CRO class last weekend and this exact thing came up. In the end there is 2 parts to a reload. Removing the mag and re loading a mag. If you drop the mag and then go to engage a target that's ok. You have stopped the unload/ reload process.

Huge fan of the MSA sordins. Incredibly comfortable.

$10 a year. They have trial thing you can try out. It’s limited but gives you the gist of it.
-
I purchased a subscription because I needed to design a stage for the CRO class. Its a good program but certainly has its glitches. For a local match stage design its fine but I wouldn't recommend it do design stages for a major.

Do you have pictures of how/where they are having problems fitting the gauge?
I don't and I sold them a little while back. Sorry.

Old or new gen SV tubes?
I've only tested 15 new 140 tubes with TTI 4G & 4G2 base pads (all purchased over multiple years so definitely different batches/lots). All of them fit the official mag gauge that I have. Perhaps I've just been really lucky.
From the Shooter's Connection page, note that they say:
"The 4G2 fits the gauge with far more clearance than the 4G, while retaining the strength of the 4mm."
and
"The 4mm are sold as a may need to fit product. If you do not want to fit then do not buy the 4mm for 140mm mags in LIMITED and 170mm in OPEN. Due to variable tolerances of mag tubes these may not fit the guage without fitting."
The tubes are about 2 years old.
-
I use grams guts and tti 3 g pads. I have 6 140 tubes and none of them will fit the gauge with the 4g pads. Not with any amount of fussing.

I have run quite a bit of factory 9mm through my STI edge and atlas guns, rarely out of necessity more out of curiousity and it all ran fine. It’s a bit spicy but it ran.
