Techwear custom shirt arrived today. Wow. Very nice and it is a really better feel vs my gunsta. Design and graphics were awesome. Colors with bright and popped. And like I said very comfortable to wear. Nice and soft ?. Thanks techwear.
Great to hear. I believe I heard at one point techwear was better for big guys as their sizing was closer to normal and did not run as small as gemni

I'm not sure if the exact model, but they came out and did a hearing test as well as mold of my ear.

I have the sport ear customs and they are horrible. Now reliable and they run through batteries like crazy

Bump. I have the same problem. I didn't see an option from Safariland for a STI 2011 9mm with the correct length.
Only dedicated option I've come across is the NERD pistol coffin holster that I have never heard of previously.
I've noticed very few list sti as I guess it is small manufacturer compared to others

+1 for zev base plates working on magpul mags. You can often find them as a combo

He is pretty active on social media as well. Strange you have a hard time communicating via email with him.

If I had to clean my mags every time they hit the ground I'd be cleaning forever.

So was there any confirmation after the match if they were shooting tracers?
Sucks when things get heated on the range like that

Stick to the major brands, avoid the Chinese made brands out there or knock offs. With the proprietary barrel but, it is important to have a decent brand so it doesn't loosen up or even worse break.
Some of of the knockoffs out there contribute to a lot of issues

Call vortex and get an RMA. They will make it right in no time. They have the best warranty out there. Have you tested your field of view st the different magnifications to ensure it is truly defective?
-
Have you attempted to use social media to your advantage? The days of calling asking for donations are over. Get out there on social media and promote your sponsorship level packages. The sponsors want to know how their investment will be used and who will see it

Great to hear that even during an accident the gun was still safe! Those match dq's hurt a little Good thing you were able to avoid that

My earpro had Bluetooth built in, custom sport ear hearing protection. The Bluetooth never really worked correctly and I gave up. I've shot with earbuds under my ear muffs when by myself, but I don't trust being distracted around others on the range

welcome!
I sure am glad you clarified southern Oregon as we don't like those northerners around here!

Welcome aboard! Seems like you have the gear down!
Lots of dryfire practice in the garage mixed with as much range time as possible
-
I'm alsways on top of the safety as well. Sure would suck to accidentally engage safety by being under

A long time ago when I took a class from Rob Leatham, he had an interesting drill. He would have us aim the gun without our finger in the trigger guard and he would reach in and slap the trigger. It got amazingly good results and was sort of his way of showing that as long as you did not disturb the aim, how you applied the trigger was not all that important. BTW, his 1911 that I got to fondle had about a 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 # trigger. Very light.
That's an interesting training technique.
