I got away from 3 gun. I shoot a lot more and it's cheaper to just shoot USPSA.
-
USPSA has been a great thing for me to get into. Great people and its productive.

My introduction, Hi!
-
It would depend on your applications and platform. I would go 16 on an AR and 18 on a M1 I love the scout sized model.
-
I would pick up a 650, They seem to run better with less hassle.
-
I have heard the 1050's tend to need more maintenance. I load on a 550 and its flawless. Yes its not as fast, but I don't have the headaches that come when a 1050 isn't running smooth. I will be buying a 650 soon.

I keep them loaded and lay them on my bench. I mix and match primers all the time and haven't seen any difference in the chrono.
-
Is there a rule on how much you can have indoors? I keep it in my basement thats' climate controlled.
-
I heard it is hard on the brass. I just air dry to be save. In the hot summer just lay it on a piece or cardboard on the deck and let the sun do its work.
-
The best chrono is the one my friend owns. It costs me some beer and works awesome.
-
Do yourself a favor and just get the tools and video from Dawson. Once tuned right they run forever.
-
Extra parts and tools. You never know what you could use.

I have a CR speed and DAA belt. The DAA is way stiffer, The CR speed is a little more comfortable and fits my body tighter. Cant go wrong either way.
-
I agree, Get the dawson Ice. It pushes your hand up high in the gun.
-
Order it all from Ben's pro shop. Bladetech with boss hanger, DAA belt and pouches. For production I like the cheaper plastic version of their pouches. Get at least 5
-
I like to zero at 10-15 where I know I can hold a good shot group. Then verify and practice on steel out to 50 meters.
-
I love mine, but they could be a little wider. They do get uncomfortable if I am walking on any hard packed surface. On the range they cant be beat.
-
I like to order 4 inches over my pant size because I like the extra overlap for stiffness and security.
-
I prefer WST and BBI 180's, but have been using a lot of titegroup because it is available. It shoots great and is a little cleaner than WST but noticeably snappier.
-
I use BBI 180's and load at 1.175-1.180. If I go longer I just end up using more powder and don't see an added benefit.
-
40XL had eliminated all ammo problems I have had. Best product you can buy.
-
Best think you can do with a recoil master is cut it in half and put it in the trash. I use a tungsten guide rod and cant be happier.
-
I like a 11 or 12.5 recoil spring and 14 Main spring. I have had nothing but problems when running a buff in my Edge.

I haven't heard anything but bad things about zev. The going word around my area is. The best way to spend money and make your gun not run is to put a bunch of ZEV parts on your glock.
