[Exercise for arm strength (support hand and dom hand)]

Like others have said, and as I have in the past, Captains of Crush can not be beat. Flat out in possible.

Barring that do:

Farmers walks

Shrugs

Dead Lifts

Cable Rope Curls

Rope Flailing or what it's called when you move a rope up and down

Hell ANY HEAVY pulling Excersize

What I call double curls. Curl a dumbbell, then twist at the top for a reverse curl on the way down.

Take two weight plates and pinch them between your thumb and the other fingers as long as you can.

Buddy I know who played in the show for 6 years for the Royals said the trainers used big barrels of rice for grip training. Go elbow deep into the rice open and close your fist till you can't anymore for a couple of sets each arm. Said it was brutal but worked.

The double curl is a real good forearm burner.

Also enjoy doing a wrist curl with the bar behind my back.

I enjoy cycling (road bikes)...

Much gentler on the knees.

We generally like to do 50 miles rides on the weekends.

Surely cannot wait for the weather to warm up again.
