Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thaunk. I sent you a PM on the x5. I picked one up.
  2. Thank you for the responses. Thaunk. I shot an X5 today. First time. I shot the Model below the one with the adjustable trigger, I can't remember the models. It was very nice. The trigger was much better than the standard sig. What are you looking to do with the x5? I have the p-210 and after shooting the x5 for just general target I prefer my p210. But if you're thinking comp, that is a different story. I wound up ordering the 9mm Apeiro. Figured it would be more a collectible for me anyway. If I chose to shoot comp I've got other guns I can use.
  3. I appreciate everyone's response to my question. I'm a long time reader of the forum and the responses are always valuable. I like to collect high end 9mm pistols and really enjoy shooting them. I'm debating the purchase of a 9mm STI Apeiro. I've considered the edge and I find the Apeiro to be a better looking gun. Personal preference. I'm not looking to get into competitive shooting right away, but there is the possibility down the road. I don't know much about the competitions but based on what I've read I believe that there is an advantage to the .40. Makin major etc. Could someone provide some input? Also anyone shot .40 and 9mm? Impressions on recoil etc would be helpful. Thanks again.
