Thanks for all the responses. Once my family and I are settled into the area I will definitely have to give the USPSA shoots a try.

I've read and heard that this forum is a great place for learning and getting to know other shooters. I decided to not be a lurker and dive right in. I have shot IDPA club match for over a year off and on, and with the move to Alabama I hope to find a monthly club match I can stink up, er I mean participate, at around the Mobile area.

As the title says, I am moving to Mobile for work in a couple of weeks and was wondering if someone could point me to any club matches in the area. I saw posts dated 2008 for matches/clubs in Mobile and the surrounding areas. I just wasn't sure if those clubs were still active. I have mostly shot IDPA, but am open to shooting other matches. I would love to shoot 3gun just as soon as I can figure out how to convince wife I NEED the gear to shoot ?.
