Have a set of Shadow 2 aluminum LOK short grips and magwell on order, want to ask for those that tried it, if my current Taran Tactical CZ +4 basepads on MecGar 17rnd mags fits the magwell? Or do I have to modify the magwell? Or buy some other basepads? Asking, because the TTI has a protruding pin at the back , that looks like it will hit the back of the magwell. Thanks.

mine has no rubber, I guess a line of silicone would do the same.
Or if you want, SigGuy.com sells the factory ones.

CZ TS2 OR?
in CZ

that said, maybe CZ Custom would sell optic ready models... whenever the TS2 Oranges actually come back on the market again.
Thanks, looks like milling the slide is the only option for now.

CZ TS2 OR?
in CZ
Anybody heard any rumors or news if CZ is planning to do an optics ready version of the TS2? This would be great if it's coming down the line, perfect for LO for the CZ guys.

I get 23 rounds reloadable, 24 not, using CZC spring & extension with factory followers.

Nice! Hopefully an all steel grip module in the future is in the works, it would be great for CO/LO.

How is the Toni systems mount holding up? Any movement or issues? Was the install easy? Thanks.

Anybody tried the Strike Industries Sig 320 charging handle on a 320 MAX? Does it fit? Looking at the pictures on their website it looks like the back part start of taper of the handle will hit the R3Max red dot from the sides, since the dot mounts all the way back. Looking to get one for LO. Thanks.

I have tried both and prefer the Gridlok Al, the G10 Bogies are more aggresive and the points makes larger indentations on your palm, while the gridlok aluminum is finer and feels like a very coarse sandpaper. To me the grippyness is almost the same just different feel. Also, prefer the metal look of the gridlok al.

I would be interested,also.

I go 25 on direct milled optics. 15 on plates. Plates strip out much easier
Thanks!

If you exceed the specs of the plate you're more likely to strip it out. I think I have mine at 20 with a drop of VC3 on my Legions w/ SP plates.
This will be a direct mount, which they recommend 28 inch/lbs, was puzzled why 28 when 18-20 on a plate is perfectly fine, like on a Springer, trying to avoid potential issues with overtightening.Thanks.

Hey guys want to ask what torque are you using to mount a Sig Romeo 3 Max/XL on a slide milled for it. Looked at the manual it says 28 inch/lbs, seems excessive, Springer Precision recommends 18-20 inch/lbs. for the Max/XL on their plates, and most other dots around 12-15 inch /lbs. Thanks.

How do you rate the aggressiveness/grippiness of the monarch grips? I’m really interested in them but can’t find reviews on their grippiness. How would you rate them against lok bogies or others?
I used the Lok Bogies G10 before and these are not as aggressive, in my opinion these sits in middle in the aggressiveness between the stock CZ Czechmate aluminum grips and the Lok Bogies G10 grips.

Also, Cajun Gun Works makes one for the TSO/Czechmate.

Can you post some pics of your setup with that magwell? I was loooking at that one. I assume you bought from overseas?
notanoperator9 & BRuss here are the pictures.
M-ARMS Magwell and Monarch 1 Grips (thick)
dimensions are: outer: 1.75" W x 2.65" L
inner: 1.00" W x 1.65" L
depth: .32" , aluminum, weight: 1.8 oz
Bought it overseas directly from M-arms, took about two weeks to get here, like the magwell since it clamps around the opening and their grips are also great.

I'm using the M-Arms magwell for the Czechmate, one thing that is great with it is, it clamps around the opening preventing movement which has been constantly an issue d.

Have a Sig X5 Legion for USPSA CO, just installed a GoGun thumb rest and it doesn't fit the current CompTac holster, want to get a proper one for it, any recommendations? Looked up and found one: RHT but saw complaints that it eats up the finish/gun, any other ones out there? What are you guys using? Thanks.
LOK Shadow 2 magwell, will TTI basepads work?
in CZ
Posted
Haywizzle thanks for the reply, I did get my LOK magwell and the pin on the TTI hits it. I have since sold the TTI basepads and bought some Henning basepads for use with magwell, they have two options. These work great with the LOK magwell.
