Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Got my 650 for $530 set for 40 cal. dies(Dillon) for $60. That got me started. The caliber change is pricey, I think around $300 with the dies(9mm). This is a new toolhead, powder dispenser, stand, shell plate, powder funnel, and buttons. I have this all set-up to change from .40 to 9mm in about 5 minutes ready to run loads.
  2. The Case feeder is on my HOT list, the 650 runs so quick, I run out of cases before I even get into the "swing of things"
  3. Your Children and grandchildren, will use it for many years.....it is a long term INVESTMENT !
  4. I have been reloading for about eight years, started with the purchase of a Lyman reloading manual from a gun show in Savannah, Ga. Bought a Hornady L&L Ap. and loaded 38/357, 9mm, 40 cal., .243, .270, 7mm-08, 30-06, 300 win mag., 45-70 and 6.5X 55. Just bought the Dillon XL 650, loaded about 1200 .40 cal. and around 900 9mm so far.....not yet running a case feeder. That is my next step forward, even so....much faster than the Hornady as it is now. I plan on adding 38/357 in the near future. Don't really have high volume needs for the rifles....yet!
