After u do all that
Shoot a lot and you'll developed a callus
+1 Do both. Smoothany place the gun is rubbing your hand and shoot/dryfire enough to build calluses.

Why not ask Brandon at SV? He knows his guns better than anyone else and knows what his sponsored shooters use. With that said, I like 4 holes for 38 super with the SV comp.
-
If 38 SC brass is not an issue, go with SuperComp. More load choices and easier to make completely reliable. No searching for SV magazines or playing with magazine spacers. My 2 cents worth.

Didn't see any directions to the range?

Bummer! That sucks.. Hope you get it soon.

3N38 in stock at PV, much less than Butches.
A LOT less!
-
Either works. I've shot a lot of both. Now I only use JHP. A little more accurate and look way cooler!
-
If you have the up front money and the patience to wait a year for delivery, get the SV, its worth it. If not get the STI and start using it right away.

Great looking gun!

Works with both 115s and 124s. Kind of dirty compared to VV.

I have a little pressure on it naturally but don't really push down. I use it more to resist recoil. The brand of thumbrest may make a difference in how you use it

I have the non-CS model also. If its too wet for them, I go to boots.

Thanks for all the heads up! I can't keep up without seeing it here.

Can you mount a slide racker on the trubor or have one milled in?
You can have the slide cut (milled) for one.

Everyone has their opinions. Try to shoot some of each and decide for yourself Most shooters will letyou try their gun if you ask.

Enjoy! Nice gun.

Appendix C2 of the rule book explains it quite clearly!
Helloooo! This is the answer.

Start at the top and go down one side. AIM, squeeze!!!!!

But the FP spring "eats energy" from the FP's detonation strike as the FP flies forward compressing the spring. Installing an extra power spring can and does cause light strikes, especially in guns where the hammer spring is reduced power either from age/use or by intent to get a better trigger pull. I recommend always using a stock FP spring, although in some cases I have had to use a reduced power firing pin spring when the trigger was being tricked out and a light hammer spring was being used.
+1. This is especially true with CZs.

You're loading with obsolescence.
Was going to ask, thought this was gone?

My comp is six straight up. It torques to the right. My thought was if I were going to machine side ports it would be on the right side only to counter the torque. Anyone ever try this?
No, but I've seen guns with the comp clocked to one side to match the gun to the shooter. Your idea might work for you. You could always add ports to the other side if it doesn't work out.
Trigger pull weight for open guns ?
