Looking for a starting point in working up a new 9mm round, new for me that is. I have been loading a 124gr plated RN bullet, 3.8gr. of Titegroup with mixed brass at 1.150 OAL. I have decided I want to try an Xtreme 147gr. RN bullet. I have Titegroup and CFE Pistol powder available to work with. I have looked at several resources for load data and none really give me a good range to work to develop a load for me. I enjoy IDPA and use a Glock 34. I understand the process of running thru several loads to develop the best load for me and my pistol, I just can't find a good starting point. Powder?..Powder amount?...OAL?....
Relatively new to reloading with enough experience to second guess myself and sort of developing a "writers block".
Appreciate all nudges in the right direction.
