Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Sorry, quoted the wrong gun. It's a Glock 23 gen 2
  2. Success with the 380. It did take 3 grn's of powder but now eject fine and are accurate. HELP WITH MY NEXT PROBLEM On my 40 cal reloads I again am using 700x, 180 grain bullet. Loading with 4.2 grn's of powder. Last week I had a bullet get stuck in the barrel. I wrote that off to missing a powder charge. This week the same thing happen, fired two to three rounds and then one got stuck in the barrel. I was very careful to check each load, not to say that I could not have missed one, but could there be any other reason? Firing a Glock 17 gen2
  3. Will do. I will load up 100 and get to the range next week. I will let you know how I make out. Thanks a lot for the guidance . Mike
  4. Thanks Steve, How much can I increase safely?
  5. Still need help guys. Finally got to the range with my 380 Ruger LCP. I went from 1.7 grn to 2.0 grn load, cartiage still will not eject. Lyman's reads 95 grn min 1.7 grn max 2.5 grn. Reloads are the same size as factory ammo that ejects just fine (measured diameter & length with a caliper) all checked with a case gauge, should I increase the load, or am I doing something else wrong? My reloads on 9mm & 40 s&w work great. NEED SOME HELP!!!
  6. Thanks for the guidance. I will give it a try.
  7. I loaded with 1.7 grains of 700X (only powder I could find) with a 95 grn bullett. Any change suggestions?
  8. I have just loaded my first batch go 380's. Firing a Ruger LCP 380. All rounds fired well but cases would not eject. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. All rounds were tested in a case Guage?
  9. Hello guys, I am new to reloading and was having a very hard time finding powder, and some bullets. I search the web and I think I covered every web site there is. In my search I stumbled into a new operation that was testing their new site. I called and talked to the owner, Richard Poe, what a great guy. His site is brassmasters.us , phone is 661-840-6675. His operation is in California, and I am in North Carolina. No matter he was great. He went on the hunt and found me the powder I was looking for. I ask for Winchester 231, IMX 700X, or Unique. He found me 16 # of 700X of which I bought 4. This guy went way out of his way to help me where no one else would. I now have everything to start loading. I know how hard some reloading supplies are hard to find, so I thought, since this is a new source, I would pass it on.
