Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Finally got a chance to get some ammo loaded. Per you guys suggestions, started at 6.7 WAC. I worked up to 6.825 and got 173pf with no excessive signs of pressure. I had to shorten OAL to 1.150 though. Gun just sets there flat. Can't wait to put a bunch down range and get the feel for it.. Thanks again for all the help. Robert
  2. Thanks Joe, I should get some time this weekend to test these out. Maybe get some decent weather in here. Is your OAL about the same as Sarge?
  3. Valuable info guys. I am going to load some up starting at 6.5 grains and work up from there.
  4. Thanks so much for the info guys, I will give this a try and see where it goes. Thanks, Robert
  5. Thanks Sarge, what gun, barrel length, and what comp are you getting this out of?
  6. Hello guys, New to the forum. I am really enjoying reading and learning. I have competed in shotgun competitions for 20+ years, but have just been shooting pistol regular for a little over a year. Being my eyes are not what they once were, I recently purchased this 9mm open gun. I can see the dot much better than just the sights. Am having a ball shooting this gun. Just shot my first USPSA match 2 weeks ago, and I'm hooked. Just wondered if anybody out there has this gun or one like that could give me a starting load to work with. Have plenty of autocomp powder right now to work with. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
