Thanks....will get on the phone and see if I can fix this. One thing I did uncover researching the issue was running this gun "dry". It may be over lubed and running too fast to allow the lifter to drop enough to allow the next shell to load. I will see if I can get a video of the issue with a solution so others can use this in the future. I really like the 1100, but is has been a learning curve to make it work and run for 3gun.

Installed a Dave's Metal Works Speedloader on 1100 Mag with a NC +4 feed tube and NC follower. Took it out to a 3gun match and about 20% of the time I would get a failure to feed. It appears the lifter would not drop down far enough to allow the next shell to feed in. There was some issue with the install and the roll pin that holds the lifter and speedloader was very tight.The only thing I can thing of is the carrier group got bent putting in the pin or the pin is bent and needs to be punched out and a new one installed. Any ideas what needs to be fixed or anyone in the Indianapolis, IN area that works on 1100 that I can take it too? It has been a battle to get this gun to run well for 3gun and any help would be welcome. Really like the gun, just need to make it reliable. Thanks, Dave
