Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I think my priortys will be getting the right sling on my shotgun and learning how to use it first..I have not purchesed the Glock 34 yet so when I get it I'll be working on that. There is a lot I can reserch before I get it in my hand I'm buying 9mm now so when I get it I will have something to shoot. To many kids to many grandkids to take care of to buy the guns and equment I really need and just want to have..
  2. Im new to the internet and do not have unlimted data... I have to figure out how to save them.Could you post a link to a few good ones worth watching?I got the feeling this is a advanced forum so I'll have to look for beginner threads..I do know its easy to develop bad habits
  3. I can tell you what the "shortage" has done to me...My son and I are getting into reloading! Our first purchase is a Lee key drive 1 oz slug mold. Why slugs have cost 3,4,5 or even more times than field loads finally made me do it..No,I take that back.It was begging Wallmart for a few boxes.
  4. I'm new here I have never shot in any kind of match or any organized shooting at all...But I want to be a MUCH better shooter.I lost the use of my left arm when I was in the USN back in the early seventies I have atrophied intrinsic muscles in my hand and very weak hand strength.I can bend my arm at my elbow to mid chest at best.I used a Dan Wesson 357 Max [8" vent shroud] for a few years for all my hunting/shooting but it proved to heavy and I went to a Ruger Security Six .I never used a auto because it was so awkward to handle cycle and load.I am getting a Glock 34 this year and what I looking for is ANY tips, techniques ,ideas, suggestions for one handed hand gunning..Thanks everyone..
  5. I'm a US Navy vet living west of Ocala where cows rule not horses..I'm a 100% service connected [loss of use L. arm partial L.leg] And I hope I can really learn how to shoot better by taking advantage of the resources here. I am a below average pistol shooter now and weak on rifle and shotgun.I hope there is some info that can help me overcome my disabilities, even just on reloading.I decided to get serious after walking out in my field with my mossberg 930 at 2;00am trying to manage my cane, light and gun all at the same time with one good hand..and failing with all three..It looks good here!
