I have an older gen 3. The rcbs dies wouldn't size the cases enough to run in my XD or M&P. I had to use the EGW die to size them down enough. The newer glocks have tighter chambers from what I have read. It is a real issue. Depending on what gun the brass has been run through. Some of my brass is once fired glock brass from ten years ago. I put in a storm lake barrel and ran all my brass through the EGW die so I am good to go. Other brands of dies might size more than my particular set, but maybe not.

figured it out I believe. some how or another the safety plunger spring got wedged and wouldn't let the plunger move freely. now it appears to work fine. now on to the malfunctions when I actually fire it. all other movement in the firing pin seems okay. there is a certain amount of drag on the cups to the channel liner which I think would be normal. So, Papa Bear it appears We are neighbors. Valley City ND. Thanks for the help guys.

Would this problem manifest itself while shooting? Reason I ask is I am running 135 pf loads through it and had many ftrb malfunctions with it. Especially after running a 13 lb spring with Wolff striker spring. Had been running okay with a15lb spring.
After the malfunctions I put all factory springs back in and noticed this issue with the trigger.

I have a police trade in glock 22. With brand new factory springs ie recoil, striker the gun will fail to go into battery while trigger is held back. My gen 4 32 does not do this. I first tried the springs that were in the gun, when that didn't work I tried brand new springs. Same result. Is this normal for a gen 3?
