Yes, you can use the Lee set, except for the expanding die. You'll use the Dillon die with the powder measure atttached.

I don't quite understand why Springfield wants to charge you anything. Like I said before, they even paid shipping in both directions ($50 shipping each way is not an insignificant amount).

Had my target 9mm about 1 month before it started bending the ejector (binding on the slide). I sent it back to Springfiield and they told me they had never seen anything like that before. I've only got a couple thousand rounds through it, but it seems to be working just find.

BTW, they paid shipping both ways and I think it was out of my hands about 10 days total.

E-mail Hodgdon with your requirements. I did it for a 180 gr lswc and Clays, and they gave me an answer within a few hours.

[Bullet Puller Questions]

I just got an RCBS puller and it says that it's not for pulling lead bullets. I used it to pull some jacketed rifle bullets and it definately left marks where the collet seated.

Thanks for the offer but I'm probably going to buying a left-hand trigger group (danged if I can find the one that came with the gun) or I saw Gander Mountain offers to switch to a left-hand safety for $30. All the triggers I've got are either speed-locks or release.

First I'm a new member and I've just started shooting "action" type events.

I have 2 problems.

I am shooting a Colt Government that's basically stock and I'm left handed, if that makes a difference.

1. When I shoot a lot (to me) 3 or 400 rounds, the web between my index finger and my thumb gets a sore spot, that matches the shape of the grip safety. It's never done that before, but that was when my thumb was under the safety, now I've modified my trip to have my thumb resting on the safety. It's not caused by the hammer. Would a beavertail stop this, or am I just a sissy that should shoot more and develop a callous?

2. This is not related to my hand problem, but it's a problem for me none the less.

I have an S & A magwell/main spring housing installed. I have a Kimber 22 caliber conversion unit to install that is used for "cheap" practice, besides being a lot of fun to shoot. My problem is the Kimber magazine won't lock in position. It looks like the baseplate is too wide to fit inside the magwell. I don't think the baseplate flange can be cut small enough to fit, without compromising the magazine's strength. Is there another magazine that will work (my friend has a Marvel unit, and that magazine won't fit. Is my only other option changing the main spring housing every time I want to use the conversion?
