It was suggested I join this forum to help learn the in and outs for my son.
I have taught my 14 year old son (Nate) to shoot and have created a monster... in a great way!
He currently competes in Trap for his school. He has done Steel Challenge at our local club, planning a USPSA this month but his goal is to compete in 3 Gun Matches regionally or nationally. At least he has goals.
His first local match is this weekend so he's been practicing dry loads, draws etc in the basement and some live fire. He is a very focused and mature 14 year old.
My wife and I have learned 3 gun is not a cheap sport. We have been borrowing buying some, and borrowing gear.
I would like to thank GT Targets and Power Factor Shooting for donating some gear to get Nate started. Especially BigBets for helping Nate out with some drills and pointers.
