Agreed, but why the different spacing if both are benelli 24" barrels? I've seen the wide spacing design for sale on Midway as well and all it says it 24" Benelli vent rib...

Hi guys. I'm seriously confused about the two different vent ribs designs I've seen on the Benelli M2 Field 24" The first pic shows the wide ribs and the second the narrower ribs. On the Benelli website and the catalogue at my dealer it only shows the narrow ribs. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance

Hi guys, I've searched high and low (pardon the pun) for the answer to this question, but haven't found anything on the subject. I'm on the verge of buying a Benelli M2 Field with 24" vent rib barrel for 3gun/multi gun. When my dealer showed me the catalogue I noticed that there's an option of two models; standard and raised vent rib. The question; which one is ideal for 3gun or what is the pos/negs of each vent rib option? Thanks in advance.
