I picked up my Pro a month ago and love it. I sent a couple backstrap tools off to Kenny at Speed Shooters to see if he can modify them, so he can ship me the limited magwell for it. They have been waiting on S&W to send them a shipment for a while. As for accuracy, the only issue I have with the stock barrel so far is me....

CHA-LEE, thanks for the information I will put it to good use. Just waiting on a shell holder for the 40 and I will be able to tackle it head on! With the great weather we are having here down in Albuquerque, I should be able to spend a lot of time at the range and in the reloading shed.

Okay, this is for those who reload for their M&P 40 PRO. Last month I picked up a 40 PRO and started to build a nice Limited gun. A few days ago, my Wife gave me a set of reloading dies, 500 plated 180gr bullets, and a 4 lb. jug of WST (I love that woman). I have reloaded thousands of .45 and .223, and this is my first venture into .40. I have spent hours skimming threads and taking notes. Needless to say I have reached information overload and am asking for help. I have very limited access to a chronograph and am asking for proven load data for major using WST in the 40 PRO. Thanks for you help!

Yes absolutely sell it and get a mag well from Speed Shooters. I have one on my.45 and awaiting one for my .40 Pro.
