  1. Just finished up mine last night. I planned on just washing the fabric and throwing some ATV mounts on it. Well, the fabric fell apart in the washer, so I made a tray on the bottom and one on the top. Not bad considering I have only about $50 total into it.

  2. Many people will disagree with me on this, but it always worked for me on new auto-loaders. I take a box of cheap 3" waterfowl loads and run them through the gun after a good cleaning. I then take a couple of slugs and run those through as well. Give it a good cleaning and I bet it eats just about anything you put through it.

  3. I've been shooting a little informal 3-gun for the past 2 years or so and my gear has been OK. Well, I shot in a 2-gun match (rifle and handgun) yesterday and realized that I need to upgrade in a very bad way. I've been using a fobus paddle holster and a paddle mag holster. Obviously, these need to go.

With 3 kids and a wife, my budget isn't much. I don't plan on shooting many multi-gun matches, but when I do, I want to be well equipped.

Basically, what I want is a belt, holster and mag holster as well as a shotgun shell caddy. I already have 2 AR mag holsters from blade tech.

Here's what I'm looking at. I based everything on price for the most part and all the reviews seem positive on everything:

So, is this a good start?

    Thanks!

  4. Finally got to take my Utility out and put some rounds through it. Started out with 30rds of 3" waterfowl loads to break it in. Let it cool down a bit, then put 25rds of federal target loads through it without a hitch. I'm goin to love this shotgun.

I have a o-rings, an extra bolt handle and an extra shell lifter coming from CZ. I'd like to get the spare lifter welded up. Who was they go-to guy for that?

    Thanks

    Adam

  5. I had one I used for some informal 3-gun. It never failed me. I had a Benelli bolt handle, nordic extension and 3-Gun Gear Velcro side saddle on it. The only thing I didn't like about it was the recoil. That thing seemed to beat the crap out of me.
