update------ All I had to do was take the blot assembly out and you can see the end of the charging handle from the other side. I called nordic and they have great customer service they sent me 2 new ones overnight! I put about 120 rounds through my benelli m2 and it worked great! Its a great charging handle and its worth the money!

I recently bought a new m2 and was going to set it up for multi gun and one if the things I bought for it was the nordic componets big fat charging handle, It was the first time I shot my new shotgun and I put 8 rounds through it ( 3 in 00 buck) and the charging handle snapped deep in the bolt. There was no rubbing on the gun it looked like a clean break. The problem is I need to get out the rest of the charging handle but do not know how, any help would be much appreciated. ---bootstastefunny
