I have indeed. I am at 3.7 grains OAL of 1.150" and a minor crimp just to get the case nice and smooth. I can't post a pic from my phone but I "hole in hole'd" 2 shots, supported hands on bench from 25 yards. Stupid accurate. So so so soft. Puts my power pistol load to shame. Velocity out of my p16 of 910. LOVE IT!

For Stainless tumbling I remove before. I take my old semi retired pro 1000 with a universal decapping die and run through a few thousand. I use a bin that gives me just about 2lbs when full to catch the brass and line up the batches. This is for pistol and rifle.

I keep hearing that, but no one has a recipe that "works really good" or even a place to start. Tightest secret Ive dealt with. I think I may start at 2gr and work up in .1 grain increments. Yeah that wont take long to figure out. I kid, I kid.

Cant find any load data on this particular mix of componets. Anybody use Ramshot competition for .40? I will be shooting out of a p16.

New here, new to shooting sports, not new to shooting. I was a Special Amphib Recon Corpsman for 8 years. I reload with a 650. Only really into pistols. Having fun with the "games" USPSA for now. Not really big on IDPA. Its just an expensive hobby. Want to get better but not ever going to become a grand master and I am ok with that. Its just a good way to burn a few hours on the weekend putting holes in things. Really really need some new p16 mags.

That thing is pretty slick. I may just have to pick one up to give it a try.

I too tried Para and they were unhelpful. I am getting to the point where I am going to have to stop shooting. I heard the mec's were too short but ordered one to see for myself and they indeed are quite a bit too short. I have come up with pure zeros in every search and now I want to find and create a stockpile. I love my P16 but without enough mags its not real usefull. Retread, if you want to sell me some of your extra tubes PM me!!!
