Had to re read you sold yours.

Wasn’t a fan of the RF-100 as I couldn’t get it to work right no matter what I tried.  The FA Vibra Prime works sometimes.

Patiently waiting for these to become available again.

Umberto will you have a website to order them through?

    Hello everybody
they will be ordered via email and shipped with Fedex

He is not currently making them but he has always been responsive when anybody has contacted him. Pm me your name and I’ll reach out to him

Sorry, I haven't found any contact requests, the Palfillers will still be available in August

Re the Pal Filler, Umberto does not respond to my Facebook entreaty or to an email which I sent to Umberto@pronto.it. Probably he does not make them anymore.  Any ideas??

Anyway, I am using the Hornady and getting used to it. it works with some difficulty.

According to my math on what I paid Canadian retail and taxes these are currently marked up 400%.  They are ok primers that won't load worth a damm in a PAL filler.  Strange given the the PAL and these primers are both from Italy....

try to do maintenance on the palfiller

    Hi all,

The PAL filler raised my interest and I contacted Umberto Pallavicino on FB as suggested.

Mr Pallavicino pointed me to the shop below and I ordered one.

    Thanks for the information gents!

The Patria Giorgio armory deals only with sales in Europe, while Pallavicino Umberto handles it for the rest of the world.

I recently started using a batch of ammo I made several months ago, using Winchester primers, and silicon spray to lube them. So far I’ve had 25-30 dead primers. Could it be the silicon spray? Maybe? I’ve never had this scale of bad primers before. I’ve shot ammo that used silicon on the primers with no issues before, so I dunno.

instead of silicone try using baby powder

I tend to fill up 10 tubes and then do all my loading at once. If I went the RF-100 route I know I'd be mezmorized by the primers filling up the tubes every 100 rounds. Buying 10 tubes for both small and large primers for the RF-100 is an expensive venture. I know I should just change my reloading habits. The PAL at $200 runs both small and large primers and allows me to pre-fill all the tubes I have laying around. But if these things work then its a non-issue anyways.

    I like what you say

  9. I want to post my experience with Umberto, the maker of the Pal filler primer filler.

I was having a very minor problem with my filler and Umberto sent me a new part that corrected the problem.

Keep in mind he is in Italy and it is not cheap to fedex things across the pond. But he did so without question!cheers.gif

Thank you very much Umberto for your outstanding customer service.

If you are looking for the ferrari of primer fillers look no further than the pal filler!

I am a small company which sells to customers.

the rule number one is customer satisfaction

  10. I made this video for those interested in this Italian version of the vibraprime . As I say in the video, the vibration may need to be adjusted and the longterm use of the tubes in and out of the plastic tray may need some attention in the future. I ran many tubes of primers and had no flips or major problems. The small primers ran flawlessy though the large sometimes held up requiring a quick shake to move them on. The video shows one of the more "stuck" times, although that was minor. I do plan on setting up a small rheostat to play with the vibration levels but do not see it as absolutely necessary. The plastic tray is setup perfectly to fit a tray of primers and the scribed cicles make it easy to orient the primers. For those vibraprime junkies out there, in my opinion, this is your fix. I would suggest to the seller that he try very hard to work out a good deal with a carrier for shipping charges.I'm sure there are many who may hold on the purchase because of those rates. These are just my own findings and opinions, YMMV. As a side note, the handle feels very solid and almost 1911ish. Maybe you can get some draw and aim time in while loading primers. :)

Video got lost so I'm reposting. :)

Since making this I have found that the large primers run very smoothly. I was trying to force them to go faster. If you hold it slightly tilted and let the vibration take over,it works well. No shaking needed.

    :cheers::cheers::cheers:
