Sorry, I glossed over this post until now. A sponsored shooter may register the same way as a paid shooter. On the website there are three buttons, one for paid shooter, sponsored shooter, and range officer.
If a shooter is going to use a sponsored slot, do they need to go through the same online process or is there another route you want them to go?
-
That registration was denied, please wait until 8pm. Thanks.
-
This is just a reminder that registration will begin at 8pm cst today. It appears that some have found a back door link to the match registration and have submitted registration requests. All early registrations will be denied to be fair to everyone. Thanks
-
The match fee will be $250.

If you were a non-sponsored shooter at the 2011 match, and did not receive an email from me today, March 9th, please email me at mistydesha@gmail.com. Thanks

Jay,
I have not attended Rocky Mountain, therefore I am not familiar with the format, but I will confirm it. Thanks
Thanks. Will it be based on the Rockey Mountain 3 gun prize distribution method. If "YES" it will most likely END questions as most are familiar with that method if not from participation from topics here on Enos.

This is a reminder, we will have something special for all paid shooters from the 2011 match. So look for it in your email in the coming weeks. If your email address has changed since last year, please send me a private message with the updated address. Or if you would like me to confirm what we have on file, please send me a private message and I can confirm it. Thanks.

Thank you for the offer, however we have working laptop and a scoring system.
I can bring the spare laptop and a working scoring program!

For Range Officers and Sponsored shooters, there is a seperate registration process. On the registration page, you will see a link for competitor shooters and one for ROs and sponorded shooters. Thanks

I registered at that site too, and should be able to post it within the next 24 hours.
What does raffles for everyone mean. Is there an order of finish prize table?
That's exactly what I was gonna ask.
You should post this on the AR15.com 3 Gun Nation forum too.

The registration process will be very simple, and it will be on line, and you will be able to register multiple people. So you will be able to submit your request and payment at the same time. Once your registration is received you will receive a confirmation number in your registered email address. If at registration time, anyone has any questions of difficulty registering, you can give me a call at 816-678-2941.

I hope that the registration process isn't too complicated. I know several people that want to enter, but we'll be in a hotel in AL for the AL Section USPSA pistol match that night.

Thank you Jesse, am doing that right now.

There will be an order to the prize table, and it will be based upon your overall rank regardless of division (after the division leaders have been awarded their prizes). The raffle is specific to a particular stage, where if shot properly will enter you into a drawing for the raffle. Thanks
The 2012 Adams Arms Ozark 3-Gun Championship will be held September 7th through the 9th 2012. There will be 9 stages to shoot with raffles for everyone. Multiple sponsors are planning various early entry drawings and certain stages will feature additional cash bonus opportunities.
Adams Arms will once again be the title sponsor for the match. I would like to thank Adams Arms for their generosity and continued support. In addition, we have all the great sponsors from previous years as well as some first time sponsors. I will publish a list on the web site with links to them.
The match will be apart of the 3-Gun Nation points series.
*Registration will begin on March 16th at 8PM central time on the match website www.forconquest.com. There will be 210 competitor slots in squads of 12. Each squad will shoot 4 stages Friday and Saturday and 1 stage on Sunday.
This year’s match will feature some exciting new things with more details to come. Updates will be found here, on the website (www.forconquest.com), and Facebook(Ozark 3-Gun Championship).
See ya at the range.

Thank you all for your feedback. We want to produce the best match and knowing what works the best for everyone helps us in our planning.

Your secret is safe with me.
Please vote on your preference for the 2012 Ozark Match. This year there will be 9 stages; 4 on the first day, 4 on the second day, and 1 on the third day. Would you prefer to begin the match on a Thursday and end mid-day on Saturday or begin on Friday and end the match on mid-day Sunday. Thanks

Not having any targets that the majority of the shooters can shoot on the move.
Home grown flash targets that don't flash consistently.
Steel that you can't see in the woods.
Slugs targets over 50 yards.
Requiring shooters to shoot on, over, around, a port or barricade that gives taller or shorter shooters an advantage. If you make the bottom of every port/barricade angled all shooters get a support area that fits everyone.
Thank you for posting this, this gives those who design the stages and match directors something to think about. Some of the things on the list are big issues to think about. I am suprised that no one mentioned no cookies (those who were at Ozark iknow what I am talking about).

Wow- there are SO MANY already mentioned! Hate the "one different gun per stage" in a 3 gun match. Hate when ppl bring up the "real life" aspect- gets me really pissed, esp cuz my friends n i love the GAME- and we have all been in the real part of a two way range.
Basically hate ppl that dont support th ROs. Ppl who argue w/ the stage design, layout, procedures, and not helping to reset the stage.
You took my 5

Yeah, none of us did either until the COPS range changed from email communication to Facebook. Kirk just had a birthday which I noticed on Facebook was why I mentioned it.
Okay. Thanks.....sent him msg via facebook. I'll see if he responds.
I assist him with the match, so if you haven't spoken to him yet I may be able to hep you.

The calender of events for 2012 at the top of this forum are saying 9/7-9/12. I have not seen any other discussion of this anywhere else, but it's on the calender.
Per Kirk, it is Sept 7-9

Have gotten some feedback that the return shooter code is not working, the code is AAO2012, for Adams Arms Ozark 2012. I think some are putting in a zero where the O should be. Rest assured the code will still be honored.
