If the bullets are being measured with calipers, and you are "assuming" the calipers are correct, that is a bad situation. If you are getting that much variation in bullet diameter you had better get a micrometer and know how to use it before loading ANY ammo. Calipers are not as accurate as a micrometer and it takes some practice to measure correctly with calipers. Please Please verify he knows how to use the "calipers", before he trys to ram an oversize bullet bullet down an undersize bore. (or vise versa) It is just a bad practice to "ASSUME" when you are talking reloading.
