Hey Rizzo. Welcome! Ammo: 250 handgun, 250 rifle, 100 bird should do it. We are working on a handgun and rifle ammo deal for our competitors (will keep you posted) Where stage weapons are to be used the ammo along with the weapons will be provided by the vendor (AAC) so dn't worry about that part, we have you covered. Lights and lasers of your choosing. (Streamlight now makes a great weapon mounted light / visible green laser that we are running (STREAMLIGHT TLR2G). Headlamps are strongly recommended along with extra batteries for everything. We have discounted match hotel rates for our competitors. We offer a free Texas BBQ dinner for our competitors. Once you sign up post your travel plans on this forum or on our match F.B. page, might find someone willing to car pool or travel with to save money. Farthest rifle shot will be 50 ish... NO NODS, unless provided on a prop gun for a specific stage. Red dots, lights and lasers allowed. At Jesse, at the last night match we shot together I used the Veridian C5 (rail mounted single unit light & green laser combo) on my Noveske and Benelli...FLAWLESS! Single shot hits on everything.

As far as light / lasers for rifle / shotgun. Veridian makes a "C5" green laser / led light combo that rocks. I have it on my Noveske and Benelli M1. Shot a night match with it two weeks ago. Very fast. no need to even get a sight picture if laser is adjusted correctly. One shot at everything. ($300 per weapon). Nordic makes a shotgun barrel / tube clamp that has a rail section on it! Works well. that's my two cents.

Veridian makes GREAT light / green laser combos (Veridian C5) that clip on the rail. Handheld, weapon mounted and headlamps are all a GREAT idea. Extra batteries are a plus. That should get you started
