Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. A hollow or soft point should work... I'm mainly trying to cut down on lead exposure when i shoot(often indoor range) as well as while i reload. as for cost, i cant do lead in the 45 due to polygon rifling. And im not pushing rounds fast enough to worry about the plating... But i will try jacketed when I'll be able appreciate the improvement. Thanks all for the links. I'm all ears if anyone has any data on CMJ vs jacket'd. all i ever found was just kinda hearsay. -Levi
  2. Both look pretty promising! does Berry's do any sort of volume discount when getting higher into the order numbers? And any resellers offering better price then direct? (doubt it, but you never know) Thanks! -Levi
  3. Im in the seattle WA Area, and am looking for some .40(165&180grn) and .45(185-200grn) bullets. Id like to go with the complete metal jacket like the Rainier and Montana Gold, but would like to keep the cost's down as much as possible. So far ive gotten the Rainiers from Midwayusa.com and have been pretty happy(along with all my reloading gear...) Im open to other websites with competive prices. or even a local joint. looking pick up 4K-10K rounds. Thanks -Levi
