First time building an AR, thanks to the people on here for the advise

Seeing this post reminded me of a funny story a local ATF agent told me a couple years ago, he was flying somewhere and TSA found a pair of fingernail clippers... I think it was probably in his carry on because most agents I've seen usually bypass or go on through metal detectors... anyways... they said they were going to have to confiscate them... He said look I'm a federal agent... I'm allowed to carry a firearm on this plane... the TSA guy promptly responded.. Sir you are allowed to have that firearm on the plane, but you arent allowed to have the fingernail clippers! No joke they kept his nail clippers!

The Mtac is better setup imo. The brightness dial with off between settings I prefer over the push button. Going to 4x you do not turn the whole back end. Otherwise their about the same thing

Getting ready to pull the trigger on one since I TAC30 are hard to get. Used to running aimpoint's does the Reticle illumination show in day light well?

Thanks for posting that pic Pat. Going for a build like that. Got the 18" noveske light weight, just need a 15" TRX rail. May got PRI but starting to run low on funds.

Rogue Hunter is a great gun. Did a build with that noveske barrel and 15" trx rail.
