Hello and thanks for all of the help you give to everyone. I am new to the idea of owning a handgun larger than a .22 but I think it is time to be prepared for the future. I have received my CC license and am now researching buying a 9mm. I think I have come down to a Glock 19 Gen 4 and I posted a few questions I have on power factor and break-in of the gun on the thread about cycling problems with the gen 4 glocks in 9mm. I am hoping to buy a 9mm Glock 19 Gen 4 someday. How do I know when the time is right so that it will have the right recoil spring in it from the factory? When buying ammo for it, what power factor should the ammo compute to, for good operation? I noted using 124 gr. bullets for the break in. How many rounds should be considered a break in for the gun? Thanks much.
