Everything that I have read and experienced is that the vinci shoots crazy high with slugs. I have shimmed to the max and get a good sight picture. However I routinely struggle with slugs at matches due to POI/POA issues. I don't see. Much room for Bending as the rci tube and barrel nearly touch at the muzzle. Maybe it's time for a new 3 gun scattergun

I'm shooting a benelli vinci with rci x rail one piece tube. I consistently shoot 10+ high at 25 yards and every bit of 20+ at 50. Where can I get this gun tuned with these "fixtures"

Too much pad on the trigger will equate to a press that is canted to the left instead of straight rear ward pressure

If u build quality presses and follow thru dry fire is a powerful tool

My understanding is it is with the atf and importing high cap foreign weapons. For instance benelli sells extended mag tubes for the vinci yet they werent allowed to import due to atf restrictions. Thanks to rci for making one!

Ive ran the vortex on my jp15 since I bought it. I thought about upgrading to a 1x6 razor but after ironman I dont think ill need to. Made all the mandatory hits on long range steel and the scope has a rock solid lifetime warranty.

Jogging stroller for cheap on Craigslist etc and some gun racks worked just fine at ironman

Roughly 1/4 " of the shell exposed is about where you want to stop ona vinci? Im planning on doing this just curious where th3 sweet spot is near the shell catch

I made the transition to a squared shooting stance and arms straight out for a couple of reasons
1 body armor to the threat
2 squared up is what we do in every team sport growing up
3 it utilizes both arms to dissipate recoil equally
Once I did this my scores and overall accuracy improved.

Whats the recommended tool for working on the receiver? Good ole dremel or hand file that away?

Ive seen pat kelleys rear sight and do like it. Just worried about time. Triangle do lifters as well or is that just crums?

I recently struggled on slug shots with my two bead system at ironman. Ive already adjusted the shim a but but Im looking for an improved front sight. Im currently using my benelli vinci with its stock benelli bead. I came across hi viz as they sponsor MG matches and wonder what people thought of either the tricomp or comp series front sights.
My plan for next year will be to dovetail a ruger 10/22 but im running out of time for my next match to get the work done and test it.
Any insight is appreciated or alternative sights

V4 + comp spring kit is probably the best 20 ish bux u can spend.

Have the TTIs, their the only ones ive tried and have no desire to switch atm. Works on g22 mags and 17 etc. Ive experienced the marks on my zev mag well but its wear that only u will see

I see dates confirmed for this event but have yet to find registration. This is one of the best events available to us folks in Washington. Anyone have an update on the status of this event?
