Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. I am new to this forum but hope you guys can help me out with a problem i am experiencing with my XL650. I have found a recurring problem when reloading .357 Magnum cases in that the powder/flaring die is nicking the case mouths on a number of the cases. It seems as though the case is not always lining up perfectly with the flare and i am damaging cases. Any ideas what i can do...the shell plate seems to line up beautifully with the other dies. I am also experiencing a problem now and again with new primers jamming up the auto indexing (they get stuck under the priming plate or shell plate)....would using the strong mount stop this by stabilising the whole press? I would appreciate any help you guys can give me.
