  1. I've written myself a note to measure the inside of the bag with the little bump out opened.

Webpage says it can take 51", but I'll check on that.

I bought the Safariland 3 Gun Bag and am very disappointed. The material has faded bad, two zippers are broken, and the first match I had it was going to wear it on my back, but the shoulder strap broke. I should have sent it back, but didn't. I have had it for about 6 months.

  2. Does anyone use this sight? I have one on my DPMS 3G1 and have tried zeroing @ 25 yds, and have actually taken a mallet and punch to try and move the rear leaf sight to the right, which actual only moved it 1/16th" . The set screw has been loosened so it isn't that. Is the dovetail machined so tight that it takes this kind of force to move it, or am I missing something?

  3. I went to the NTOA Vendor Show in Richmond this morning. I spoke with the Mossberg Rep there and he said the Jerry Miculek 930 will be ready at Shot Show in January and should be available after that. I asked if he thought it could be as soon as March or April, and he said more than likely. He said something about Mossberg producing 1000 of them, but I may have misunderstood him. Got a free hat, so I left happy. :)

  4. I have been shooting my 3G1 all this season, and am very happy with it. I replaced the Miculek Comp with the JP Bennie Cooley Comp, JP low mass carrier and low mass buffer with polished spring and put on an ACE Skeleton Stock. It is also outfitted with an ACOG 4X32. I have a little bit of play between the upper and lower, which it did not have when I first got it. I figure it is the front pins getting a little worn. Any suggestions?

  5. Robbie is right,

Joe does put on a great match at Cavalier he also holds a match at Blackcreek witch is located out around the airport. At Cavalier we can shoot from 3 yards all the way out to 500

Oops! I forgot all about Blackcreek, they put on a fun steel match every second Saturday of every month as well.

  6. Cavalier Rifle and Pistol CLub has a monthly 3-gun. They are located just west of Richmond. Joe Fallis runs these matches and they are always a good time. Summit Point Action Shooters is another that has 3-gun matches as well. They are located in WV just outside of Winchester, Va. The company I work for International Training Inc is having a match in April. However it's not a 3-gun, but will have some stages with rifles or shotguns that are provided.
