So if someone was shooting 9mm why would they shoot limited?

I know the mechanics of shooting Limited and Production but I am wondering if there is a difference in scoring.

My holster and mag holders will fit on one of these belts right? The one I have is made by Bladetech.

I am fairly new to the shooting world. I wear a Milt Sparks leather belt when I shoot USPSA matches with my Glock 34. I see a lot of different belts out there and I am wondering what the ideal one would be for this kind of shooting. P.S. I'm female if that makes any difference...hips and all that;-)
