Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Thanks Calishootr. The ding is right at the edge of the face/head and it has caused a little wrinkle in the ring that surrounds the head (not sure of the technical name--extractor ring???) I have filed on a few pieces but as you stated, it is a pain in the butt. As long as the brass won't hang in my rifle or cause some opportunity for injury, I don't mind reloading it.
  2. I bought some once-fired 223 brass that I am trying to reload, and about 90% of it has a small ding at the edge of the head/rim. I assume it has something to do with ejection from an AR. My concern is that it does not fit smoothly into my shell holder on the reloader. It doesn't take great force to insert it in the shell holder, but neither does it slide right in. It hangs just a little. So can I reload this brass or will it cause trouble trying to cycle through my AR (RRA Coyote Carbine)? I don't want to waste any more time on the brass if it is ruined. Thanks in advance.
