The best mount for a buckmark is the Allchin mount. You can find it on their website. It is the lowest mount for a C-More on a BM.
This one gets it low also...

Looks like I should have read the current provisional rules, I have been bit in a$$ by the provisional rules before
Glad they took care of the issue, looking forward to a new year of shooting rimfire SC.
Same here!...
-
Thanks for the info.
Hope he finds another spot to shoot at...

I'm going to try some SC rimfire next month.
According to these rules:
5.3.8.1: Centerfire self-loaders – release the slide and pull the trigger (without touching the hammer or de- cocker, if any).
5.3.8.2: Rimfire self-loaders, as above
We are supposed to drop the hammer on an empty chamber?
Not a problem with my Ruger.
Not sure I want to start peening the chamber on my 41 tho...

Does anybody know if they are still shooting at Deon's range?
Just moved down here, and looking for a place to shoot some steel.
Saw on SCSA that this range is 9 mi from me.
The e-mail listed on SCSA is not working...

I really don't think it matters what you shoot as long as you shoot and enjoy it. Personally, I realized the only person I'm really competing against is myself. There is nothing like coming back after a year and trying to catch up with your own old scores, lol.
My thoughts also...

I have 35-36" waist.
A 40" CR belt works for me, with a little room for future expansion...

One option is to take a Wilson extended, and cut off the extension...

I'll still try to make our once a month match.
At 130 mls rd trip, I won't be able to make the week-end before set-up tho...

Good Job!

Dont grind it, you may want to use it someday. You can deactivate it by wedging a piece of shock buff or something similar between the grip safety and the main spring houseing, or just pin it.----------Larry
ARRRGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!.....TOO LATE! I already did it, and I'm sorry I did. Oh, well.
I wouldn't worry about it. You can always have it welded back up to normal.

Nice!
Cheaper than hauling my golf cart to matches...

Try wiping with a used (or new) anti-static clothes drier sheet...

I like the Peltor Tactical Sport they are digital and very durable...
+1
I've had mine for about 7 yrs., still work great...

Are they that tight fitting that you can't operate them by hand
After a couple thousand rds. they are just right...
Tough call on the price, about $200 more for new.
I'd go for new, but thats just me.
Maybe you can get him to come down some more?...
-
I confirm my loads by e-mailing and asking the powder co.
I have always got a reply within a couple days...

I hope that is not the problem.
I've got 15,000 to use.
Check to make sure the primer magazine plastic tip, is seated and not damaged...

Would this be the right sight?
http://www.dawsonprecision.com/ProductDetail.jsp?LISTID=2400000-1094593469
I assume the stock sight is .125 wide
Yes that will work. I use a .100 width, but that is a personal choice. The .125 is the stock sight width.

I used a .180 for SA with adjustable rear sights.
Don't forget to order sights for the SA dovetail.
You could check with Dawsons, to be sure...

Be sure the primer seating punch assy. is centered in the shellplate hole, before tightening the two lower primer slide assy. screws ??
-
and the pins in the ILS are not the same as a standard setup...

At 26,000 rds per year, the single stage is out.

BOLT RACKER FOR RUGER 22/45 MKlll
in Steel Challenge
Posted
I am using this one:
http://www.zrtacticalsolutions.com/viewitem.php?productid=14
After a few hundred rds, I had to re-tighten the set screws. Has not loosened since then.
Plan to have someone drill/tap the bolt someday.
I'm happy with it, however the flat black finish is not very durable.
