Looks for Range

Looks for Range (1/11)

  1. Hi Earlbob Thanks for your reply . Normaly i use fiocchi brass because they keep the hornady bullits in place but i changed my XL650 to a 10mm die and it works great , now i can use all types of brass. it works like the EGW u die.40 it's slimmer than the ones i used before, next week i'll try to measure my PF again because it looks like the gun bounces a bit more with these bullits even though it's the same powder charge. Changing to 200grain with N310 is out of the question now, i stick to this and i think i can lower the powder charge by 0,2 of a grain now to stay within the safe limit still shooting 170PF. I let you know Asap. Safe shooting and best regards Rein
  2. Hi Guys This is my first post on Enos forum and i hope you guys can help me out. I,m a dutch shooter and i use Vitha N310 for over 2,5 years now in my STI.40 I did about 20,000 shots with this type of powder. I use Hornady 180FP bullets but want to change to 200 grain hornady bullets using the same powder, can any of you shooters give me more info about Vitha N310 with 200grain bullets?? I never had problems with over pressure but it seems that the 180 bullets only work well using GFL[focchi] brass other brass makes the bullet go in to the case what makes it more freaky. The 200grainers are a bit thicker and stick more to the case so they can't be pushed inside. My current load is 4,6grain N310 180Gr Hornady Oal 29,4mm PF 173 [ ipsc major] btw the load above helped me to get 2 national championships so for me it was pretty ok but i want to change to someting else. regards. Rein
