  2. Hey all. Have a CK open gun in .38SC that I've started having problems with and am looking for guidance. I'm having random rounds jamming under/into the feed ramp(but mostly under). The ammo that I've been running is Eley factory. (1.2510 oal checked multiple rounds, plunk tests loose) First 1k thru the gun zero issues. Now it happens 1-2x per stage. Have used various MBX/STI/SVI mags(both mine and others) and have the same repeated issue. I was told that it could be a possible barrel link issue. Noting seems out of the ordinary upon inspection. Was also suggested to look at the mag catch. With a mag in the gun vertical and front to back movement seems a tad much to me but I don't know what is considered normal. Any suggestions?
  3. Calm down dude. Been a member here for 12 years. Plenty of other places to sell outside if here. Wasn't my intention. Just trying to get some advice
  4. Hey all. Long story short I've got a Millennium Custom open gun with a severely cracked slide. Frame and everything else checks out fine. Given that MC is basically out of them game I'm left with having to go to another smith and have what I'm assuming to be a whole new top end. Trying to figure out what route I want to go. Either sell what I have as is or buy the top end and sell it repaired. Deets are MC shorty in 38 SC with a PT steel grip, brass magwell, cmore etc. Nothing super fancy. What would I be looking as far as a dollar amount to put on it "as is"
  5. Ok, I hope they will keep one of each in store, waiting for an grey-haired man to fetch the stuff. Just because of an email written by a crazy student from germany (Anyhow I doubt just a little that the guys will do this, but I will try...) I used to live near Ft. Myers( Cape Coral). Moved about 9 months ago. None of those stores, other then Bass Pro carry any reloading stuff. The only place that I can think of that might is Coate Of Arms, in North Fort Myers. They are on Slater Rd north of Bayshore. There may be a place down in Naples but I'm not sure. ETA: you could try checking out Chiquita Guns in Cape Coral. I know they sold components, not sure about dies and stuff.
