Unfortunately my "drug of choice" is not the alcohol, but Mountain Dew, so this will not help me sleep. Now my wife has told me that she is taking one kid to the dentist and I have to take the other on in to school, that could take 20 minutes. (No I will not give out my address for my new "friends" to take delivery for me, though it would be well worth your effort regardless of where you live.) Guess I will leave a note and hurry back in the morning. Presume that with all the witnesses at the front of school that I should come to a complete stop to let her out?

Too bad it's 75 miles the other way now. Guess I will have to wait. I did that once, drove about 120 miles (9 pm) out of my way into another state, for something I needed to have the next morning in another state about 370 miles back the other way. Did see a FedEX truck going back to the terminal, coming home (35 miles from home), it was probably on it. So I was "that" close.

Well, I have worked with Brian over the past few weeks refining the dream machine. Exceptional customer service at every step, as we all know. Finally pulled the trigger on it last week and have been eagerly awaiting its arrival. Imagine my horror when I came home today and found a FedEX sticker on my front door, placed there when my Bride left her post to go off to a tea party with one of our daughters. So here I sit wondering what I did to deserve this? I had been tracking its movements dilgently across the country and have taken tomorrow off anyway to welcome our new arrival. Tonight I will be like some kid trying to get to sleep on Christmas Eve. Tomorrow I will be darting to the window tomorrow whenever I hear the clatter of a turbo diesel. Until then....
