Hey Folks Been REAL busy for the Last two Weeks, sold our home and Moved. finally getting settled in. So if you have not heard from me on RO positions or the Like I am Not ignoring you. OK Match up Date: We were at just over 100 at this point last Year (2013) This year (2014) at this point we are at just over 300 and counting. Looks like just under 30 slots left on the Sat/Sun Schedule and about 40 for the Friday Schedule and 2 Slots on a Squad with Max on Thurs. Get your entry in today at matchsignup.org

Thanks Ajjacks! Found out something new today and we have to make a policy change. The refund deadline is May 20th 2014, But if you sign up on line and have to cancel more than 60 days after you sign up online you will incur the PayPal fee and will only be refunded 169.00 for adults and 121.00 for Jrs. Just found out today about this and that cost us to make refunds. This was added to our web site today and this change takes affect as of today 9:00pm Central Time Feb 10, 2014.

I hear a Knock at the Door....... Holy Crap It's an Agent!

Days Inn / Baymount Inn / suites is the Match hotel 940-691-4200. THis is a newer Hotel in WF and is owner operated. We negotiated one of the best hotel rate for any match we have seen so far this year, at ONLY $65.00 per night. So you are saving between $25.00 and $50.00 a night on your hotel room.

Stages are Done and waiting for John amidon to go over them and approve them, then we will post them on our web page. Hopefully around the end of the month first of the Year.

Matchsignup.org does not have a place to buy lunch or Match shirts. ( have already talked to the Web designer about this ) you can pay with cash and get them at the Match or drop me a line and we can take CC over the phone or send in an entry form marked with the shirts and /or lunch spots filled in and a check for the proper amount and everything will be waiting for you at Registration. The other quirk of Matchsignup is that all the squads have to have the same amount of folks in them. Well we only have 10 max slots on the shoot'm all on Friday portion and 15 on sat/sun. So we had to go in the administration side and "reserve sponsor" 5 slots per squad on friday to keep the squads at a workable size. Hence if you pull up the list you see a bunch of reserved slots. First year to use this site, lots for us to learn about using it, many calls to the web master.

OK If you sign up for the Match on Matchsignup.org you have to pay for your entry online before Midnight EASTERN Time or their system will drop your entry. even if your payment goes thru after that time. If this happens you are on the squad list one day and not the next please drop me a e-mail to inform me and we will take care of it and put you back in your squad if your payment has indeed gone thru. DO NOT RE-REGISTER.

Ok we got the Problem fixed. it was with Paypal they had the wrong e-mail address listed Some how it left off the last 4 letters after they confirmed the address. Hmmm! any more Problems PLEASE let me know through Messaging on here. Thanks

We have partnered with matchsignup.org so you can now sign up for the Match, squad and Pay online in just a couple of clicks.
